How are Bici bicycles shipped?
All bikes are professionally packed and shipped 85% assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost using the included tool kit.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused apparel and accessories in their original packaging. For bicycles, returns are accepted within 14 days if the odometer reads less than 10 miles.
Do Bici frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all Bici frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically for one year.
How do I choose the correct bike size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to North America, Europe, and Australia. Shipping costs and import duties vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
